On a mission to the Congo: proud of Oogartsen Regio Limburg
Last January, the team from Oogartsen Regio Limburg, part of the Signifeye Group, traveled to Basankusu in the Congo for a special medical mission. For two weeks, they worked to provide people with access to eye care in a place where such care is far from guaranteed.

Looking back on Synergy 2025!
On Friday 12 December, doctors and staff from all eye clinics within the Signifeye network gathered for the third edition of Synergy. A warm, informative and connecting event, transcending the boundaries of practice.
Signifeye at OB 2025!
In November, ophthalmologists and teams from across Belgium gathered in Brussels for OB 2025: the annual conference of Academia Ophthalmologica Belgica. Many ophthalmologists and staff members from our eye clinics were also in attendance, both as enthusiastic participants and as active speakers.
Eyecenter: first SMILE treatment for farsightedness in Belgium
A remarkable milestone was recently reached at Eyecenter: Dr. De Wilde and his team performed the very first SMILE laser treatment for farsightedness.

In October, Dr. De Wilde traveled to the island of Santo Antao in Cape Verde, accompanied by two fellow doctors and a team consisting of three nurses, an optometrist, and a ward assistant.
