About Signifeye

Signifeye is a leading eyeclinics healthcare group with currently 9 clinics on 15 locations across Belgium. As part of the international opthalmological Optegra group (part of EssilorLuxottica) Signifeye is scaling quickly through organic growth and a buy and build strategy in Belgium.

To support our continued expansion and increasing complexity, we are looking for a hands-on, patient-care minded Finance Director who wants to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.

 

Your Mission

The mission is to create transparency in financial and operational data, strengthen commercial finance, drive performance management and actively support growth initiatives including M&A.

This newly created Finance Director role offers the opportunity to shape the financial backbone of a fast-evolving healthcare network.

 

What you will take ownership of

  • You will build and optimize structured financial and operational reporting;
  • You will translate data into actionable insights;
  • You will support M&A, due diligence, valuations and integrations;
  • You will oversee accounting, financial control, cash flow and compliance;
  • You will lead BI development, system integrations and data-driven decision making;
  • You will partner closely with clinic managers, the Managing Director and the Optegra finance team;

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution and who thrives in a multi-entity, fast-growing environment.

 

Who we are looking for

  • A strong finance leader with experience in reporting, accounting, finance and BI or system integrations;
  • Experience with M&A is a strong plus;
  • You are comfortable bridging finance, operations and IT and you communicate clearly with a wide, diverse range of stakeholders;
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required;
  • Location Antwerp with regular presence across the clinics;
